SAT provisional ISR and DIOT returns are due by the 17th of each month under Article 31 CFF, with an automatic shift to the next día hábil if the 17th lands on a weekend or Article 74 holiday. IMSS bimonthly cuotas follow the same 17th-of-the-month rule. CFDI invoice issuance and timbrado is calendar-day driven, but the downstream payment settlement runs on días hábiles bancarios through SPEI.
What is excluded
Día de las Madres (10 May), Día de Muertos (1 to 2 November), Christmas Eve (24 December), and New Year's Eve (31 December) are not Article 74 holidays. The federal court vacation calendar published by the Consejo de la Judicatura Federal closes federal courts in mid-July and the second half of December; those dates affect días hábiles judiciales but are not part of this calculator. For Banxico-aligned settlement, add the SPEI year-end closures under Advanced options.
