BusinessDayCalculator.org provides a free, browser-based tool for calculating business days between dates, adding or subtracting working days, and estimating payment deadlines such as Net 30, Net 60, and Net 90. No account creation, registration, or payment is required to use the calculator.

The service includes holiday calendar data for 25 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, the Philippines, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and Singapore, maintained on a best-effort basis.

All calculations provided by this tool are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, HR, or professional advice of any kind.

Business day definitions, holiday observances, and payment term conventions can vary by jurisdiction, industry, and individual contract. You should always verify critical deadlines, such as legal filing dates, payment due dates, and SLA windows, against the relevant contract, statute, or professional guidance before taking action.

Holiday data is maintained annually and sourced from publicly available official sources, each listed in our source register: a statute or official gazette, a ministry, agency or government portal page, or a central bank's calendar. However, we cannot guarantee that all dates are complete, current, or accurate for every jurisdiction and use case. Public holidays can change due to government proclamations, observed day substitutions, and regional variations.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content for use in competing products or services without our written permission
• Use the content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning or artificial intelligence models, or carry out automated text and data mining, without our written permission
• Submit automated or programmatic requests that burden the service infrastructure
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system
• Circumvent any technical measures or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to block access from users or IP addresses that violate these terms.

All content on this Site, including text, code, design, and data, is owned by or licensed to SquarepegIdeas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may link to the Site and share individual calculation URLs for personal and non-commercial purposes. The calculators offered on our Embed page may also be embedded on other websites, commercial ones included, on the conditions that page shows, and the descriptions and brand assets on our Publishers page may be used as that page describes. Otherwise, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The Site uses Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights for performance monitoring. Both services are operated by Vercel and governed by Vercel's Privacy Notice. The Site also uses Google Analytics 4, from Google LLC, to measure its audience; unlike the Vercel services, Google Analytics does set cookies. Messages sent through the contact form reach us via Resend, the email delivery service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Advertising on the Site is served by Google AdSense, a service of Google LLC, and is governed by Google's own terms and privacy notices. We do not choose which advertisements appear, and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements or their destinations. Our Privacy Policy describes what each of these collects. Some pages also carry sponsored partner links to Payoneer Workforce Management, each labelled "Sponsored" with a disclosure line beneath it. The links lead to Payoneer's website through a link domain operated by PartnerStack, which runs Payoneer's partner program. If your company becomes a Payoneer customer, we may be paid a referral fee. The Privacy Policy's "Affiliate Links" section describes these links.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SQUAREPEGIDEAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE OR ITS CALCULATIONS, INCLUDING MISSED DEADLINES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR LEGAL PENALTIES.

Because the Site is provided free of charge, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall be zero dollars ($0.00).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
