Comunidad Valenciana Business Day Calculator

Last reviewed: May 19, 2026 · Holiday data: June 24, 2026

Calculate business days in Comunidad Valenciana with its own autonomic public holidays. Comunidad Valenciana shares the Monday to Friday working week and the Saturday and Sunday weekend with the rest of Spain, but its holiday calendar is different, so due dates and deadlines can land differently from the national count.

How Comunidad Valenciana differs from the national Spanish holidays

The Comunitat Valenciana adds four days of its own: San José on 19 March, Lunes de Pascua (Easter Monday) on 6 April, San Juan on 24 June, and the Día de la Comunitat Valenciana on 9 October. It elects San José rather than Jueves Santo, so it keeps Viernes Santo but not Jueves Santo. Todos los Santos (1 November) and the Día de la Constitución (6 December) both fall on a Sunday in 2026 and the Comunitat leaves them on that date. All four added days fall on a weekday in 2026, so the Valencian working-day count runs lower than the national one across the year.

Worked example

Adding 2 business days to Tuesday, June 23, 2026 using Comunidad Valenciana's holidays lands on Friday, June 26, 2026. With the national Spanish holidays, the same calculation lands on Thursday, June 25, 2026: the gap comes from Comunidad Valenciana's own calendar.
