Calculate business days in Yukon with its own statutory holidays. Like the Canada calculator, this page counts Monday to Friday as working days; what changes is the holiday list, so due dates and deadlines can land differently from the federal count.
How Yukon differs from the federal Canadian holidays
Yukon's statutory holidays, as yukon.ca lists them for 2026, are the federal set without Boxing Day, plus National Indigenous Peoples Day on 21 June and Discovery Day on the third Monday of August. Yukon.ca names Heritage Day, Easter Monday and Boxing Day as days that are not Yukon statutory holidays. Victoria Day, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day are kept. If a holiday falls on a non-working day, yukon.ca says the employee is entitled to a holiday on their next working day immediately following it. So in 2026 National Indigenous Peoples Day stays on Sunday 21 June and Monday 22 June is also counted; Christmas Day 2027 is counted on Monday 27 December; and in 2028 New Year's Day, Canada Day, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Remembrance Day are counted on Monday 3 January, 3 July, 2 October and 13 November.
Worked example
Adding 2 business days to Friday, August 14, 2026 using Yukon's statutory holidays lands on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. With the federal Canadian holidays, the same calculation lands on Tuesday, August 18, 2026: the gap comes from Yukon's own calendar.

How to count Yukon business days

Advanced options cannot remove a date, so a count that crosses a weekday the federal set closes and Yukon's calendar leaves open will not match Yukon's calendar.
