The Philippines declares its holidays each year by presidential proclamation, in two tiers: regular holidays and special (non-working) days. This table lists both, nationwide only. Special (working) days, on which work goes on, and special days proclaimed for a single city, municipality or province are left out. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas suspends its essential operations, PhilPaSS settlement included, on every nationwide regular holiday and special non-working day that Malacañang declares.

Section 26 of the Administrative Code, as Republic Act 9492 amended it, puts several regular holidays and Ninoy Aquino Day on the Monday nearest their anniversary unless a law or proclamation says otherwise; the annual proclamations for 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 each list the anniversary dates instead. Until a year's proclamation is read, this table carries the anniversaries too and tags them unconfirmed, along with Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and the additional special days, which only a proclamation sets. Six dates carry no tag: 1 January, the last Monday of August, 1 November, 25 December and 31 December, which section 26 names as dates, and 8 December under Republic Act 10966. Section 26 would move a holiday that falls on a Wednesday to the Monday of that week and one that falls on a Sunday to the following Monday; the proclamations for 2024 to 2027 kept the dates, and this table does too. Eid'l Fitr and Eid'l Adha are proclaimed separately, on the recommendation of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, so a year whose Eid proclamation is not yet out shows a computed date tagged approximate.
