bank holidays in June 2027
No Brazilian bank holidays fall on a weekday in June 2027, so the month loses no working day to a holiday on this calendar.
Brazil June deadlines
June has no feriado nacional, but Corpus Christi falls in it in some years, on 4 June 2026 and 15 June 2028; article 6 of Resolução CMN 4.880/2020 makes it a non-business day for financial-market operations, and B3's 2026 calendar had no trading session that day. Social-security contributions on May's pay are due by June 20, or the business day before when banks are closed (Lei 8.212/1991, art. 30), and the FGTS deposit on May's pay by the 20th. The 13º salário advance may be paid in any month from February to November (Lei 4.749/1965, art. 2). June 30 closes the second quarter, whose ITR a calendar-year CVM registrant files within 45 days, by August 14.

Brazil reporting cycles and business-day rules
Brazilian business days in this calculator follow the financial system rather than the labour calendar, and its thirteen closure days a year are of three kinds. Nine are feriados nacionais by federal statute: seven under article 1 of Lei 662/1949 as amended by Lei 10.607/2002, 12 October under Lei 6.802/1980 and 20 November under Lei 14.759/2023. Good Friday reads two ways: the federal government's annual list prints it as a feriado nacional, while Lei 9.093/1995 counts it among the religious holidays that municipal law declares, and FEBRABAN's bank-holiday calendar lists it. Carnival Monday and Tuesday and Corpus Christi are only ponto facultativo for federal staff, under the annual portaria of the Ministério da Gestão e da Inovação em Serviços Públicos. The calculator counts them because article 6 of Resolução CMN 4.880/2020 takes them, with weekends and national holidays, out of the business days for financial-market operations, and the Banco Central's STR settles only on the days that remain. B3's 2026 trading calendar also has no session on 24 or 31 December, which are business days for the financial system and which this calculator counts as business days. Two payroll deadlines share the 20th of the month after the payroll month: the FGTS deposit under article 15 of Lei 8.036/1990, as amended by Lei 14.438/2022, and the social-security contributions a company withholds and owes under article 30, I, b of Lei 8.212/1991, which fall due on the business day before when there is no banking on the 20th. The 13º salário comes from Lei 4.090/1962, not the CLT, and Lei 4.749/1965 sets its payment by December 20 with a half-salary advance between February and November.

How June 2027 compares year over year
June 2026 had 21 dias úteis, so June 2027 has 1 more working day year over year. On the surrounding months, May 2027 has 20 dias úteis and July 2027 has 22. Looking forward, June 2028 has 21 dias úteis under the same Brazilian bank holiday calendar.
Using this calculator in Brazil
A São Paulo treasury team uses the 22-day June 2027 count because the Banco Central do Brasil's STR, which settles transfers in real time and operation by operation, runs only on the days Resolução CMN 4.880/2020 treats as business days for financial-market operations. A Belo Horizonte payroll controller works to the two deadlines that share the 20th of the month after the payroll month, the FGTS deposit under Lei 8.036/1990 and the social-security contributions under Lei 8.212/1991, and knows the social-security payment moves to the business day before when banks are shut on the 20th. The same controller schedules the 13º salário, whose half-salary advance is due between February and November and whose balance is due by December 20 under Lei 4.749/1965.

How June 2027 is shaped
The headline count answers how many dias úteis June 2027 contains. It does not answer where they sit, and for anything measured in consecutive days rather than cumulative days that second question is the binding one. What follows is derived entirely from the Brazilian bank holiday calendar and a working week that treats sábado and domingo as the weekend, with no assumption about how any particular obligation behaves.
The month that closes the first half of the year
June runs 30 days, closes Q2 and closes the first half of the calendar year, so its last working day carries three boundaries at once: month, quarter and half-year. It is one of only two months that can do that. June and February also share a weekday alignment in a common year, which means a June calendar is the February calendar extended by two days.
In June 2027 that comes to 22 dias úteis across 30 calendar days, against 20 in May 2027 and 22 in July 2027.
A start one day into the week
The 1st falls on the second working day of the week, so June inherits a part-week at the top. One working day of that week was spent in the previous month, which is why a month opening here reads short at the beginning and long at the end. Reporting cut on calendar weeks and reporting cut on the calendar month disagree about where the period starts, and the gap is exactly one working day.
The opening stretch runs from Tuesday, June 1 to June 4, four dias úteis before the first break. June 2027 carries 22 dias úteis in total, so that opening block is 18% of the month's working capacity.
Five working stretches
June splits into five working stretches. That is the ordinary shape of a month whose only interruptions are its weekends, and it means the month's internal boundaries are all predictable a year in advance: nothing here depends on a holiday date moving.
The working days of June 2027 arrive in stretches of 4, 5, 5, 5, and 3 days. The longest unbroken stretch runs five days, from June 7 to June 11. A task needing more consecutive dias úteis than that cannot be completed inside a single stretch, whatever the month's total looks like.
The month is front-loaded. It opens with four consecutive days and closes with three, so capacity thins toward the end. Work deferred out of the first stretch arrives in a shorter one, which is how a schedule that looked comfortable in week one stops fitting.
Two weekdays occur five times
Thirty days is four seven-day cycles plus two, so a 30-day month has exactly two weekdays occurring five times and five occurring four times. Here they are Tuesday and Wednesday. The pair is always consecutive, because the surplus days are the first two of the month repeated at its end.
All of them are working days here, so the surplus lands entirely on the working week: Tuesday and Wednesday each occur 5 times. Had the surplus fallen on the weekend instead, the same month would carry 20 dias úteis rather than 22.
A month with no closures, and a long one
June 2027 contains no Brazilian bank holiday on any date, working or otherwise. A month with no closure loses working days only to weekends, so its count is set entirely by the weekday it opens on and its length, and here both work in the month's favour: 22 dias úteis across 30 calendar days.
Months at this end of the range are the ones worth reserving for work that needs consecutive days rather than cumulative days. The constraint that usually breaks a long run, a closure landing mid-week, is absent, so the month's structure is entirely weekend-driven and repeats on a seven-day cycle.
A closure sits just outside the month
June 2027 contains no Brazilian bank closure of its own, but one sits within a week of its edge. A closure just outside a month still reaches into it: work displaced from the closed day lands on the working days beside it, and those are inside June whichever side the holiday falls on.
Looking outside the month, the last was Corpus Christi on May 27, 2027, 5 calendar days before June began and the next is Independência do Brasil on September 7, 2027, 69 calendar days after it ends.
Across the whole of 2027 the Brazilian bank calendar puts ten closures on working days, of which none falls in June. That ratio, rather than the raw count, is what tells you whether a month is carrying more than its share of the year's downtime.
A midweek close
The month ends in the middle of a working week. Two working days of the final calendar week fall in June and the remainder in the month after, which makes the closing week a partial period on both sides. A midweek close is the pattern most likely to push month-end tasks into the following month by default, simply because the week continues past the boundary.
The last working day of June 2027 is Wednesday, June 30. Counting back from there, the third-to-last is Monday, June 28, two calendar days before the month closes.
The quarter closes here
June closes Q2, so the quarter's last working day and this month's last working day are the same date. Everything the quarter has deferred arrives inside these 22 dias úteis, and there is no further month in the period to move it into.
Across the whole quarter there are 63 dias úteis, of which 22 fall in June. The other two months carry April 2027 with 21 and May 2027 with 20. It is the largest of the three, so work deferred out of June lands in a month with less room than this one had.
The week's first working day is the scarcest
The first working day of the week is the one June gives least often. Anything anchored to the start of the working week (a weekly kickoff, a Monday-morning cutoff, a start-of-week batch) fires fewer times this month than the calendar count suggests, because a closure has taken one of them out.
Counted as worked rather than as occurring, June 2027 gives Monday 4, Tuesday 5, Wednesday 5, Thursday 4, and Friday 4. A weekly commitment pinned to a particular weekday fires that many times in the month, which is the number a rota needs and not the one the calendar shows.
Toward the long end of the year
June sits among the longer working months of 2027 under the Brazilian bank calendar. Where a month falls in that ranking is decided by two independent things, its calendar length and how many closures land on its working days, so a month can move several places between adjacent years without its length changing at all.
2027 carries 251 dias úteis in total under the Brazilian bank calendar. The longest month of the year is December 2027 with 23 and the shortest is February 2027 with 18, a spread of 5. June ranks 3rd of the twelve with 22.
Inside the year's longest clear run
June 2027 sits inside the longest stretch of 2027 with no Brazilian bank closure in it. Where a month falls relative to its country's closure clusters changes what the same working-day count is worth: an uninterrupted month inside a long clear run behaves differently from one of equal length wedged between two closures.
Across 2027 the Brazilian bank closures fall 4 in Q1, 2 in Q2, 1 in Q3, and 3 in Q4. A further three holidays land on the sábado and domingo weekend and cost no working day at all, which is why a country's holiday count and its working-day loss are different numbers.
The longest uninterrupted run in the 2027 calendar sits between May 27, 2027 and September 7, 2027, 103 calendar days with no Brazilian bank closure in between. Stretches like that are where multi-week work belongs, and they move from year to year whenever a movable holiday does.
Where the month sits in the year's closure pattern
Closures are not spread evenly across a calendar year. They cluster around fixed anniversaries and around whichever lunar or movable feasts a jurisdiction observes, so two adjacent months can carry very different loads, and the Brazilian bank calendar is no exception.
2027 opens its Brazilian bank closures with Confraternização Universal on January 1, 2027 and ends them with Proclamação da República on November 15, 2027. The densest month of the year is February 2027 with two closures on working days.
One working day more than last year
There is one more dias útei in June 2027 than in June 2026: 22 against 21. A single-day swing is the ordinary case, produced by the calendar shifting forward one weekday between consecutive common years, and it is large enough to matter to a monthly target and small enough to be missed.
June opens 2026 on a Monday, 2027 on a Tuesday, and 2028 on a Thursday. That movement, one weekday in a common year and two after a leap day, is what makes the three counts differ. The count of closures on working days differs between the two years as well, so alignment is not the only thing moving. Looking ahead, June 2028 carries 21 dias úteis.
Where the month's anchor dates fall
Two of the common monthly anchor dates in June 2027 land outside the working week or on a closure. The table below resolves each one against the Brazilian bank calendar, together with the first working day on or after it.
| Date | Weekday | Status under the Brazilian bank calendar | First working day on or after |
|---|---|---|---|
| June 1 | Tuesday | Working day | June 1 |
| June 5 | Saturday | Weekend | June 7, 2027 |
| June 10 | Thursday | Working day | June 10 |
| June 15 | Tuesday | Working day | June 15 |
| June 20 | Sunday | Weekend | June 21, 2027 |
| June 25 | Friday | Working day | June 25 |
| June 30 | Wednesday | Working day | June 30 |
The final column is arithmetic, not a legal conclusion. Whether an obligation actually moves when its date is not a working day depends on the instrument that sets it, and this site does not assume a shift rule for any jurisdiction. Where a rule is known it is stated in the holiday data methodology and on the country page it applies to.
Net terms dated in June 2027
An invoice dated the 1st of June on calendar-day Net 30 terms comes due on July 1, 2027, a working day under the Brazilian bank calendar. Terms counted in calendar days move independently of the working week, so the same term written on two consecutive months can settle cleanly in one and roll across a closure in the other.
| Invoice date | Net 30, calendar days | Net 60, calendar days |
|---|---|---|
| Dated June 1 | July 1, 2027 | July 31, 2027 (rolls to August 2, 2027) |
| Dated June 15 | July 15, 2027 | August 14, 2027 (rolls to August 16, 2027) |
| Dated June 30 | July 30, 2027 | August 29, 2027 (rolls to August 30, 2027) |
Net 30 and Net 60 are commercial conventions rather than statutory periods, and both are counted here in calendar days, which is how they are almost always written. Where a contract counts in working days instead, use the between-dates calculator with the Brazil calendar selected, because the two produce different dates whenever a closure falls inside the term.
